How can I pay?

To pay for a product or order at Weed Greens Dispensary, customers must top up their wallet balance using the available payment method on the website before any purchase can be made. At the moment you can use Bitcoin and Cashapp. Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, and Credit Card deposits will be active. Click here to access the guide.

– The Product I recently purchased is no longer listed in the store. Is there any problem with the Product that caused it to be removed?

The Product offerings on our site are based on stock availability. A Product is removed from sale on the site when we no longer stock it.

What happens if I am not available to receive my order?

Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be sent back to us and you will be charged for reshipment. In the event that we were unable to deliver your item, you will be contacted by phone and or e-mail for a full refund.

Can I have my order redirected to another address if my order has already been shipped?

Yes. Once your order ships it must go to the address you provided at the time you placed your order. If you decide to change your address, you will be charged $20.
